The Weser, yes of course, it's in the poem! But my knowledge of jellyfish is limited so I bow to your superior knowledge! Happy New Year all!!

Well, there is the River Weser with banks washed on either side - but then the medusae would have to be one of the rare freshwater types.

Yes, I've often wondered how the jelly fish got to Hamlin! They were gorgeous and repeated in a subsequent year as well.

....... On the other hand, there was a 'Jellyfish Ballet' in the 'Pied Piper'!!

...... I have a photo of me as Jack Frost which was taken in '61 or '62. I can't quite see how JF would feature in Sinbad, can you?
Chris Jenkins Mon, 30 Dec 2013 08:20 GMT +0

In gunnery terms an excellent reverse bracket, Liz. Sinbad in 61 must have been when the mounted troopers were used, then. .......

Can clearly remember 57,58,59 and 60 - no help! 61 was 'Sinbad the Sailor'. Apparently I did the scenery but have NO recollection AT ALL. No help!

........... Does anybody have any ideas? Happy and Prosperous New Year to all.

John Thompson and I are trying to find out which pantomimes were performed in 54-56 and 1961. It seems as if the same props (horses' heads) were used.
