    The famous palm tree still standing with a couple of extra companions.
    In 1960 the classroom at top right was, I think, 4C1 classroom (Miss Butters).
    I think there was a fire recently in that part of the building, and this is the reason for the new stonework.

    That was the scene of lots of staff and class photos but there were shutters on the upper windows then.
